Financial hardship occurs when unexpected changes - such as loss of income, illness, injury or relationship breakdown - affect your ability to meet repayments, temporarily or longer term. It reflects genuine financial difficulty, and you may be able to request assistance or adjust your repayment arrangement.

We may ask for brief details about your situation and supporting information so we can assess your request properly.

If you cannot make repayments, please communicate this clearly when submitting your request so we understand your position.
